Leveraging our diverse construction expertise, we executed the enabling works meticulously, establishing the necessary substructure and superstructure through extensive structural surveys and innovative testing methods. Our team conducted pre-construction surveys, evaluating existing conditions to inform subsequent design and construction phases, expediting the refurbishment process. A significant element involved the construction of a UKPN substation, necessitating intricate coordination and compliance with regulations. Collaborating closely with the design team, we executed structural alterations and stbstatial foundation work, aligning modifications with the original design intent. Our proactive approach minimised risks, identifying and resolving potential issues promptly, ensuring seamless progress, and mitigating delays and cost overruns for both project phases.
