We are construction experts specialising in commercial construction and operate in Central London. Our aim is to have the reputation for honesty, being technically proficient & capable. Having built relationships with the clients, we continued to work on the projects my team had started. It was a great opportunity and springboard to launch 4K.

We have recruited the most like minded people from across the industry and now have a core team who have all worked together previously and have now joined to focus on our own venture.

We are privately owned; our two owners Wayne & Simon are aligned in the ethos of the business. Wayne is very much a hands-on leader on site, he is technically knowledgeable across most disciplines. Simon is a quantity surveyor and has worked with tier 1 contractors, focussing on providing value. The rest of the team has been hand picked and are there to improve our knowledge base and compliment one another.
